Wife: kan syg dh cakap, bie dah gemuk..tak nak caya
Husband: Mana ada, washer machine tu dh tak elok..habis sume baju bie kecut

Husband: Syg, knp masak nasi lembik?
Wife: Ala sori, terlebih air tadi

2nd situation:
Wife: Bie, knp nasi ni lembik?
Husband: Ye ke lembik? hmm rice cooker ni dh tak betul ni
Wife: ??!$#@@#^%^&*!

Moral of the story: mmg tak nak ngaku salah..hahahha

3 kg lost in 5 weeks

The best achievement so far. Tu pun sbb doc advice suruh reducekan weight before next appointment. Malulakan kalau tak reduce any weight.

I start diet on 11 January 2012. And now dh 5 weeks i diet. Rules no. 1 for diet is Discipline. No offence on that. Nak share sikit diary diet i selama 5 minggu ni..

Dgn malunya i nak reveal kat sini, berat i ialah

Initial weight: 73.4 kg as on 11 Jan 2012.
BMI: 29.72 (overweight)

I gain my weight after get married. Before that 69kg. Overweight jgk, tp tak la setegar 74kg. Then i start malu dgn hubby, rasa pnt buat keje umah, malu nk jumpa sedara mara. and hubby keep on teasing at me. So annoying ok. Dia kata, kalau dia tak buat mcm tu, i tak amik peduli dgn my body..Ok it's work..disebabkan asik kena ejek, mana boleh tahan kan..i pun start diet

What i do?

I start searching for diet program..Dh start pk nk g slimworld dh, tak kira la brapa k pun, asalkan kurus..then i do some research, tgk komen2 org, oh no mcm tak mampu la pulak. Then asik kena g slimming centre jek, sempat ke? Then i read about HERBALIFE. Baca blog consumer Herbalife, baca testimonial consumer. i mcm dpt kekuatan n kepercayaan kat product ni. Lgpun last 2 years ada sorg doc ni pernah promo Herbalife kt I..I pernah try la..tp tak discipline so ke laut la jawabnye

So dgn tekad hati yg menebal, i pun start la program HERBALIFE ni. Which is, replace your normal menu to protein menu. I take Herbalife every Breakfast & Lunch then normal meal for Dinner. Or sometimes i take Herbalife for breakfast & dinner and normal meal for lunch. As long as 2 times Herbalife + 1 normal meal..Plus the Teamix

Mmg la tergugat tgk food especially when hubby having his meal and i only having my protein shake..Tp nak kurus punya pasal, tahan kan jgk..Tp kadang2 ada la jgk cheat day. Bila terbanyak cheat day, muhasabah diri blik. Right now i dh boleh adapt dgn my new routine. Takde la food craving sgt. Dh boleh control. In the mean time i do exercise. Skipping kat umah jek..sambil2 tgk tv pun boleh..nak g gym mmg tak smpt..So everyday from 6.30pm - 7.00pm tu i berskipping jek..sambil memasak..boleh gitu? hahaha..

Tips2 utk diet (Secara general, tak kira la apa product pun yg digunakan)
1. Discipline & Consistent
2. Drink a lot of water. Atleast 3L.
3. Avoid fat and carb.
4. Exercise

Tips yg simple and semua org tahu, tp mmg susah nk buat.

Berapa byk Doorgift/ Goodie bag yg nak disediakan?

Tadi blogwalking, terjumpa blog Diela yang bertanyakan pasak Doorgift. Masa kitorg dok buat preparation hari tu pun, pening2 kepala jgk pk kan berapa byk la nk kena sediakan ni..takut tak cukup..terlebih mmg tak pe la..Then we all discuss dgn caterer..caterer advice, normally only 80% guest will come from our invitation..tu kena termasuk jemput mulut, jemput kad, jemput FB sume..So our invitation around 1000..Akibat was2 maka kitorg beli 800 paper bag biasa & 300 paper bag VIP..Padahal caterer dh advice beli around 800 jek..but luckily, dari 1100 paper bag tu, lebihan cuma 100pcs je..kalau la kitorg beli 800 je time tu, maunye tetamu balik lenggang kangkung..

My advice, tak pe terlebih..nti boleh bg kawan2 opis yg tak sempat datang, or kirim kat sedara2 yg datang tak bawak ank cucu-cicit sume..lebihan 100 tu, kejap je kitorg settle kan..bg kawan2 ibu yg just kirim duit becek, bg kawan2 adik, and makan sepuas2 hati..goodie bag i sume makanan..takde souvenir pun..yg mcm kt pic tu, ada choc, choc cookies, muffin choc, and éclairs (mmg sume choc base coz i love choc to the max)..haruslah i korek balik sume tu wat stock..hahahha buruk siku..

Red Velvet idaman perut ni mmg byk cerita nya sblm dapat makan..Lepas kes tak bawak purse g UO tu, i still berusaha la nk g beli ingredients for the cakes..

Balik rumah, so excited nak start buat..tp sebelum tu smpt tgk kt Joy of Baking la cara2 nk buat cake ni..15 minutes video..masa minutes ke 13 tbe2 teringat yg Broadband weekly subscription mcm dah expired tp tak sure sgt..takpe la truskan la m-study cara2 buat cake ni..lepas tgk video tu, trus tgk subscription sms..confirm dah expired 1 day and i dgn tak perasan nya m-surfing internet using data charge..dh la semalam i main game online, tgk video, tgk video, tgk video, main game, semuanya guna data charge..Celcom tak notify i yg service tu dh expired. What the tut betul la..i cek my bill, it reach RM200++..previously, it's 2 days before that, baru RM50 je..sangat la terkejut..trus call celcom mengadu..then they give rebate on that..nasib baik tak spoil mood buat kek i..

I make it in 2 version..Rupa mmg tak berapa cun la..sbb i tak reti nk sapu cream cheese atas kek tu..maklum la tak g menuntut kan..Siap terhangus sikit kat bawah tu..Tp rasa mmg yummilicious la..kejap2 bukak pintu es-box..kalau makan 1 slice trus, agak jemu la..kalau dok menyudu, lebih nikmat..

Yg cupcakes version tu i bawak blik melaka..my brother mmg suka la..kejap jek dia settle kan sume tu..
