Kolesterol Tinggi

Hi dear,

Td pg2, in-Plant clinic call. Akak tu kata, kalau free suh dtg klinik jap, wat physical check-up. I pun g jek la sbb ingtkan nk amik height and weight je. Skali kena jumpa doc sbb doc nk tunjuk result darah hr tu. Company I mmg every year (or every 2 years) kena buat medical check-up.

Lepas tu doc pun bukak la file result. Jeng jeng jeng. selama ni tak pernah cek kolesterol and diabetes sume tu pun. Doc tgk berat, terus kena sekolah. Ni kena diet, kurangkan 15 kg. Amboi doc, mcm sng jek bunyi nye. Then bukak page 2. Doc tanya, ni umur berapa ni? 27 doc. Kolesterol tgi ni. Sepatutnya kena below 5.7. ni dah 6.6.

Oh no, serius tak sangka hokey. Tp nasibbaik sugar level, blood pressure sume ok. Kolesterol susah nak turun kan. I tgk mommy i punya la jaga makan pun lmbt jek turun. Kena lebihkan vege, fiber! kurangkan carb. Why la carb so delicious. I ni dh la suke segala bnda yg ada carb. Roti tu mmg sgt2 la suke. pastu pasta bagai sume tu pun mmg hantu. kalau mkn tak hengat punye. Nasi mmg cfirm2 la suke..tp tkut nk makan byk.

So misi, jaga mkn mulai hari ni. Bulan depan kena cek doc lg. Ni hubby ni pun mkn byk. Tp badan kurus. Ntah2 dlm bdn kolesterol tinggi dr I. Nanti nak suruh dia cek jgk.

hai. just nak share. one of my friends pun ada masalah kolestrol tinggi. then doc suggest dia ambik olive oil. now dah turun. try la. kot2 ok :)
