Loss 1.1 kg in 6days

Referring  to this mission, i berusaha sgt keras utk turun kan berat badan.. seriously i blum pernah sgt konsisten in my diet..pling lama bertahan pun 1 hari setengah jek..The main thing bukan la sbb terdesak sgt nk hornymoon kat oversea, tp sbb nk look gorjes masa wedding day..tp dh Mr. Hunter offer a reward, why not i grab it..

In this 6 days i dh turun 1.1kg..awesome..target to reduce 0.5kg/week..But actually our body will give a good response in the first and second week of new diet. But it will become immune after week 3 onward. Our weight will not reduce too much and almost be constant. Don't fed-up. We just need to have a good exercise routine.

What i eat during this 6 days? i didn't take rice at all..Mujur pulak tu, my housemate tersalah beli beras and i tak selera langsung makan beras tu..bile dh masak, color die yellowish sikit and nasi tu cepat berair..slalunye nasi putih melepak, demuk2, sgt mbuka selera lg2 time panas..mkn nasi dgn kuah pun dh nyum2..

Normally i breakfast with 1 big tomato and plain water..I mkn tomato sbb kulit i nmpk mcm kusam sikit lately..so kena start mkn tomato blik..Lunch i makan lauk and sayur jek..utk menipu mind set i sikit, i letak lauk2 tu dlm pinggan makan mcm biasa and susun mcm konon2 ada nasi kt tengah tu..so terasa lah kenyang..minda i terpedaya sbb ingtkn nasi tu ada kat dlm tu (i die hard fan nasi)..Diner i'll take bread..Tp skang ni i makan roti putih biasa tu..tp sbnr nye not too good..kena makan wholemeal bread tu..

Air masak jgn dilupa..drink more in the daytime and less in the night..Sbb time malam kite takde process perpeluhan..klu minum air byk2 nti water retention in our body will become high. Pastu, everymorning i akan buat teh o limau tanpa gula..Mmg sentiasa ada kat umah..lepas lunch i akn minum

Cikkin: haah serius kena bersemangat..tiap2 kali tgk makanan i akn kata "takpe, dah 25tahun makan sedap2, 7 bulan ni jek kena jaga makan betul2"

that's good. i pun diet juga tapi hampeh. tak berkesan. so, i need to turn to exercise. my fiance risau juga sbb i makin berisi nih. last year berat 40kg je, now 47kg. semua org tegur and suh back to the old me. T____T
