Career Developement

I'm stuck..Don't know where to go after this..

I'm starting my career as an engineer, but not really do engineering job. i just support other engineer on ISO, HACCP, Ohsas and all those thing..ye la i sorg jek engineer perempuan kt situ..lelaki for sure la malas nk buat documentation sume kan..but i love that job..i suke g audit entire company, suke wat report, and we pass a lot of new customer audit. Gemilang sungguh kerja i masa tu..COO company assign me to be OHSAS assistant lead auditor even i'm the youngest-newest engineer at that time..

By that i know what i want to do next..I love Quality Management and engineering become my second thought..1 day i saw an advertisement, from the most popular company in Pasir Gudang (chewahhh famos sgt la company ko..hahaha) open for Halal Executive Position..new post and new assignment..diorg baru nak established for HALAL..mmg berkobar2 ni nak g interview..after 2 weeks interview, HR manager call, Aida, we have another vacant position that i think suit u..Risk Executive..Want to try? Ok, why not..then they accept me as Risk Executive. Halal Executive nye position diorg tak jd amik..

In risk dept should have 2 exec, 1 is for risk and another 1 is for insurance..so i'm handling the risk..but unfortunately, insurance exec is also vacant..so i must do both..ingt lg my bos said, takpe aida, insurance is very simple, bila smpi due date, we just renew it..(my bos also didnt have experiance in handling insurance..hahahha)..that is not simple bos..insurance is very complicated..the wording is very hard to understand..right now already 2 years i'm in the new company..i dh start rasa, i need to move move move because i cant adapt this field..

BUT the problem is, i don't know what position should i apply..i dh lupa byk engineering term and concept..i dh lupa byk clause for ISO OHSAS sume tu..and i'm not so expert in insurance matter..ok i'm stuck!!!!

Tp my bos sgt la baik, wpun i bosan keje kat sini, bila kenang kan bos i, trus tutup jek jobstreet tu..kat tmpt lain i tak tau la boleh dapat ke tak bos mcmni..the best bos ever la..in this 2 year, tak pernah kena marah.. even i tak reti buat pun bnda tu, dia tetap tak marah. I pernah buat salah besar, i salah declare inventory and company value u know..So we are under insured that time..After 6 month baru i sedar..then what he said? It's ok Aida, let us tell the insurer then let them decide..ak punya la dah sejuk kaki tangan pk kan jawapan kalau kena marah..itu jek yg dia cakap smbil tersenyum lak tu..Alhamdulillah

..Time for Appraisal...

soksek2: bos, naikkan gaji sy byk2 lg ea mcm thun lepas..hahaha keje tak bgus pun gaji naik byk..kahkahkah
